Yes, we were in Tromso, stayed there 2 nights and went up in the cable car to the top of a mountain, which was very small and cramped.  Bit scary but a beautiful view from the top.  If I dont get to see the Northern Lights, and it is becoming increasingly unlikely, I would love to see them in the Yukon.  When is the best month to go? All the best, June

P.s. My uncle was shot down and killed in 1944 too but I dont know the details.

Cora Lee and i just came back form doing a few errands at the Market. Wind is gusting to around 60kph, 90kph earlier this morning. Blew the cover off the bbq a number of times and we both though that the umbrella would Mary Poppins itself away! Still, quite lovely day in spits of gale force winds.

From our balcony, just watched an enormous golden sun set smack in the middle of the Golden Gate bridge...now the ribbons of cloud are picking up the remaining glow in orange and red.....a little glass of wine and....a taste of heaven....
